I highly recommend Mr. Glover for any inspection needs you may have. He is very professional, detailed and very well prepared. He is always on-time. I have used it for my personal properties as well as customer’s. As a Real Estate Sales Agent, I would not hesitate to recommend Mr. Glover. I have always been 110% satisfied with his thorough reports; customer service and fees. He is 2nd to None!!

Very very thorough and very fast with giving us the inspection report. Excellent work with reports and photos. Spent the extra time that was needed making sure all appliances and drains were all working and free of leaks. A+

Overall, a very pleasant experience. Wayne Glover is thorough and not rushed. I knew right away he was going to do a good job for me. The things that need to be corrected were explained to me. The things that were in good condition were also explained. From booking the appointment to meeting with Wayne to receiving the report . . everything worked so well and I trusted him very much. Thank you!

Very professional, prompt, and above all else EXTREMELY thorough!!! I was beyond impressed. I feel a lot better about my home purchase thanks to Mr. Glover. I will recommend him to anyone that I can.

Wayne Home Inspections is a pleasure from the moment that you speak to someone on the phone, all the way through the end of the inspection. Wayne was not in a rush, but was very thorough catching all sorts of details not noticeable to the untrained eye. The inspection took about 3 hours, which included an overview of the digital report that he emailed to me as well. I was very impressed by his professionalism, due diligence during the inspection and documentation. I would, without question, recommend him and hire him again!

Mr. Wayne Glover a great professional, outstanding work, attentive to everything, all details, very knowledge in everything. I will recomend him to anybody I know it is in the process to buy a house. I m very pleased with him, worth the money! Thank you, Mr. Wayne!

Wayne was a pleasure to work with. He arrived on time, introduced himself and gave us an overview of the process. He then set about his work. He gladly answered all questions and even made his latter available to me so I could have a look in the attic spaces. When he was done he reviewed the final report with my wife, our realtor and myself. I believe we got our money’s worth. Thanks Wayne! Tim & Sharon
